For those who prefer to provide their own materials, we’re more than happy to accommodate as long as they meet our laser safety standards. This is particularly important for materials like artificial leather and plastics. Please note that our maximum thickness for hard materials is 9mm.
However, there are a few materials we do not work with. We do not laser cut or engrave PVC, vinyl, foamex, artificial leather (unless it’s a laser-safe option), ABS, or unidentified plastics due to the potential for toxic fumes. And just a friendly reminder, we do not cut metal. However, we do offer laser engraving services on patinated metals.
